Traditional venison feast at Karlštejn

One of the traditional and very popular activities of the Czech Handel Society is the annual joint visit to the venison feast at the restaurant and guesthouse “Pod Dračí skálou” in Karlštejn.

PLACE AND TIME OF THE MEETING IN PRAGUE: Prague-Smíchov train station, directly on the platform by train OS 8826 in the direction of Beroun, from approximately 9:30 (train departure at 9:54). If Jan Kučera is healthy, he will be waiting on the platform with the sign HAENDEL.CZ like last year.
MAIN PLACE AND MEETING TIME: Directly at the restaurant ‘Pod Dračí skálou’ at 12:00

For those who would like to go on their own– and make their own program in Karlštejn or, conversely, spend a shorter time there, trains from Prague and Beroun depart at regular half-hour intervals. We plan a joint departure at 9:54 on the passenger train OS 8826 in the direction of Beroun from Prague-Smíchov station. Karlštejn is in the 3rd PID zone and the relevant PID documents are also valid on these passenger trains (e.g. Lítačka for the given zones).
