Traditional Venison Feast at Karlštejn

The Czech Handel Society will carry on organizing the traditional visit to the venison feasts at the restaurant and guesthouse ‘Pod Dračí skálou’ [Under the Dragon's Rock] in Karlštejn.

When:

• Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Where:

• MEETING PLACE AND TIME IN PRAGUE: Prague-Smíchov train station, directly on the platform next to train OS 8826 in the direction of Beroun, from approximately 9:30 (train departure at 9:53).
• MAIN MEETING PLACE AND TIME: Directly at the ‘Pod Dračí skálou’ restaurant at 12:00.
  Michal Typl is reserving about 10 places here for 12:00.

Train connection from Prague:

• For those who would like to go on their own - and make their own program in Karlštejn or, conversely, spend a shorter time there, trains from Prague and Beroun depart at regular half-hour intervals. We plan a joint departure at 9:53 on passenger train OS 8826 in the direction of Beroun from the Prague-Smíchov station. Karlštejn is in the 3rd PID zone and the relevant PID documents are also valid on these passenger trains (e.g. Lítačka for the given zones).
